every heart doc i've had says that I can't have milk because it builds calcuim deposits in arteries. this is because your body can't use the calcium because of the mucous that is released in your body and coats the calcium. also there's no magnesium with it. ya know, best place to get calcium is broccoli or other dark green things. where do you think cows get it? green grass and dead grass!
