learn what notation to use instead, nothing wrong with the TV he's got but an even larger one would be preferable.

I would SO buy a Wii if I could play games like that. Zelda and Mario would be crazy, especially if someone figured out how to work it with something like Mario Galaxies. Ooh! Or if Valve decided to port Portal to the Wii. It would blow minds.
