I'm not usually so skeptical about this kind of things, but it looks to me that he is ventriloquist. I think he could be making those sounds by his mouth, and just use the hands for distraction. If he can make the same presentation mouth open, I belive hes making it with his hands. Thou I don't this would be impossible. Determined human can learn to perform anything that is physically possible.
