Hate to say it, but this looks feik. If it is in fact genuine, then a word of advice to "spinboy-aichi": next time make a video where the camera circles you or something. The twitching movement of the camera seems to repeat a certain pattern, as if the video was on loop.

NOT . Come on, the background moving a little is the result of someone holding the camera. It's completly possible that he just practiced a whole lot in order to get this good, and to SUSTAIN MOMENTUM. Stop saying vids are without even thinking about it.
