wow! :D awesome!
pre (guest) - June 13, 2006, 23:52
man that guy has to be good at video games
OGrilla (guest) - June 14, 2006, 06:16
I agree pre. With that kind of handling with a remote control, he must be awesome.
hehe (guest) - June 14, 2006, 08:44
those are some AWESOME skilz, i play w model air craft and i can barely do a barrel roll without crashing x_x
Eric (guest) - June 14, 2006, 16:06
Woow! he's got some kewl skills there! That's really neat.
me (guest) - June 14, 2006, 16:22
That must have been a hell of a powerfull enginge too...
John (guest) - June 14, 2006, 21:51
Skillful pilot to say the least. Something a Palmer might aspire to achieve!
Enselic (guest) - June 15, 2006, 07:20
My guess is that there is some kind of computer in the airplane that accurately manages the engine and wings based on basic input from the remote. I.e. there is a 'hover' button on the remote which when swithed tells the in-plane computer to do a hovering.
swe (guest) - June 15, 2006, 11:06
And how would that work Enselic? Messure the altitude of the plane to know it's not going up or down? I think it's a light plane, skilled pilot and strong enginge. Don't belive it's realistic (or allowed) to have a computer do all that in a modellplanecompetition.
kmart (guest) - June 15, 2006, 18:05
best
Nisse (guest) - June 16, 2006, 01:17
It doesn't have to be a powerful engine, as it's obviously a very LIGHT plane. I'd guess it's made from mostly styrofoam.. Very impressive skills though... =)

A guest (guest) - June 16, 2006, 20:37

=) (guest) - June 17, 2006, 00:30
I'm surprised that there's no "that must be !" comments under this video ;) Awesome!!!
queeg (guest) - June 17, 2006, 16:17
it cald 3D flying and its done with much bigger craft outside
p5ychop3nguin - June 18, 2006, 01:22
It would have been cooler if it was all autonomous (with no human input) and if he had stayed with the song a bit more.
Jedim (guest) - June 19, 2006, 03:43
DO A BARREL ROLL!
That was awesome, though.
Maniac (guest) - June 24, 2006, 23:24
The little engine that could ;)
smartguy (guest) - June 27, 2006, 12:18
Its not , he is not cheating with a computer ... its skills.
Aircraft Mechanic (guest) - June 29, 2006, 23:05
yes those are skills. It is just a Balsa wood aircraft or styrofoam with a powerfull electric engine. The man has skills at flying it. He is very knowledgable of the controls and has countless hours of training time flying them. No computer gadgets, just plane O'l skills with the remote control sticks. The amazing thing is that he is able to gain that much control inside an auditorium. That is the amazing part.
Zadig Galbaras (guest) - July 1, 2006, 13:26
Incredible!
Ron (guest) - July 5, 2006, 23:07
It may be more difficult to fly a small model than it is to actually be a pilot inside the cockpit of a stunt plane. When actually piloting a plane, there is a certain "feel" for the plane that you have which would not be present when flying a model. The operator is beyond any skill level that I have ever seen.
Rex (guest) - July 16, 2006, 10:01
Hat's off. Would love to try it
italian (guest) - July 22, 2006, 11:12

Nicol3 (guest) - August 10, 2006, 15:52
Damn plane can dance better than me. I loved the hover feature, really awesome.
fishy (guest) - August 19, 2006, 18:34
seems like you have to have the mind of a "portal"-player. The different directions and dimensions must freak the brain out!

until you've tried flying ANY type of r/c aircraft, you ain't ever gonna appreciate the difficulty and just how good this guy is.
