The girls were more awesome than the lightbulb... *nod* Well... its pretty stupid. If you have a strong microwave and the gas heats up quickly, the explosion can be quite hard. I've seen one vid were the whole front of the microwave was blown away. Still a pretty cool effect :)

fucking stupid... you all know what microwaves do to water and bodies... just think of the amount of gama rays coming out after you open the door... and to react with a light bulb in a none safe enviroment is completely fucking stupid!
uhhh.... (guest)  -  June 16, 2006, 09:20
cortex: "just think of the amount of gama rays coming out after you open the door" Ok, I'm thinking... zero... null... 0... And now what?

gamma rays??? do you even know what a gamma ray is?? this is a lightbulb and a microwave, not a supernova

my mom is a university teacher, and she says that it IS dangerous to play around with a lightbulb in a microwave, just like cortex says.

Hey cortex, notice how there is a door there when the microwave is on? Cool, huh. That means there are no gamma rays coming after you. Oh, so you are talking about AFTER opening the door? Oh wait, you are still wrong, AFTER opening the door also means AFTER anything potentially harmful is gone too. And if Liz is correct, then you are basically wrong in every single way possible. The end.

ROFLMAO. gamma rays. What an idiot. Why do you think it's called a MICROWAVE? eh? well DUH because it emits MICROWAVES. NOT gamma waves.
