i hav tried backwards films myself b4 such as jumpin "up" 2 ridiculously high places such as the side of my house, but unfortunately i lacked the skill of those guys and it just looked backwards :(

I love how people need to point out this is . Of course its , unless you believe in magic nothing like this will be directly captured on camera. It's a good video because when you think about it, "think" being the operative word, for their movements to look so realistic even when they show it backwards is pretty amazing.
